Based in Nottingham, UK, I offer face to face as well as phone coaching sessions, along with email support, so coaching can take place in the best way for you.  And because I offer phone coaching, I work with clients across the country and beyond, and travel time and cost is eliminated.

With a background spanning teaching, television, and supporting businesses, I bring numerous skills and experiences to my work.  Combined with in-depth training, a Diploma in Life Coaching, a qualification as a Licensed Firework Career Coach and a member of the UK's Association for Coaching, I coach you very effectively to be the best you can be and offer you lots of practical ideas for change.

I am regularly featured on radio, have had numerous articles published and lead workshops, teleseminars and courses as well as offering 1-1 coaching.
